Gold Band Plus 3-color Regular Range Protein Marker(8-180 kDa) -250 μL

YEASEN enhanced color protein marker, color pre-stained protein molecular weight standard includes 10 highly purified and pre-stained recombinant proteins from 8 kDa to 180 kDa (8, 17, 25, 33, 43, 55, 72, 100, 130, 180 kDa), of which 72 kDa band is orange-red and 8 kDa is green. The marked apparent molecular weight is calibrated by the standard non-pre-stained protein molecular weight marker. This product can be used to dynamically observe the electrophoresis state of the protein and the transfer effect. After SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, clear colored bands can be seen when transferred to PVDF membrane and NC membrane.

After the prestained protein combines with the dye, the molecular weight will change in different concentration gels, which is marked in the instructions. This product is only for reference when used to determine the molecular weight of the target protein.
