0,5 µm Carboxyl Polystyrene microsphere – 1,0g
The 0.5 µm Carboxyl Polystyrene Microspheres (1.0 g) are uniform, monodisperse latex nanoparticles functionalized with carboxyl (-COOH) groups for covalent biomolecule attachment. These microspheres are ideal for bioconjugation with proteins, peptides, and antibodies using EDC/NHS crosslinking chemistry.
The carboxyl-modified surface provides active sites for stable covalent coupling, making these beads perfect for immunodiagnostic assay development, biosensor fabrication, and biological surface chemistry.
With a particle diameter of 0.5 µm (500 nm), these polystyrene nanoparticles combine excellent optical properties with high surface-to-volume ratio, making them suitable for light scattering, nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), and flow cytometry calibration.
